Building Community & Resilience For First Responders & Their Families

For First Responders:

• Understand how the job effects your mind and body – including mental and physical health – and what you can do about it
• Understand the resources available to you when you need them

For Loved Ones:

• Connect with other spouses/family members who get it
• Understand your first responder better, what they experience and how it affects them
• Help navigate the resources available to you

There will be time for everyone to be together, and meet separately.

Who: All first responders and their loved ones – Firefighters, Law Enforcement, 911 Dispatch, EMS Personnel (adults only)

When: Saturday, October 8th 1:00-4:30pm

Where: Red Wing Ignite, 419 Bush St., Red Wing, MN 55066 (Behind the Fire Department)
